Recipe and learning
Combine 2 Silvermoss with 1 Sunberries at Livia’s workbench after learning the recipe. Arcane Tonic is the second basic potion taught in her alchemy lesson.
Using the tonic
The level 1 effect restores 50 energy. Its quality improves with the brewing level of the potion. It shares an 8-second use cooldown with Healing Draught.
A bottle for Neri
Neri’s marker buoy uses the same mixture. Livia’s optional delivery lesson asks you to gather fresh ingredients, brew a tonic and bring a bottle to him at the dock.
